Some retreats ask you to sit still. This one asks you to come alive.

Join VSYOGAFLOW on Maui for five days of grounded, embodied practice — sunrise yoga, jungle meditation, a guided volcano hike, and your first (or fiftieth) surf lesson, all fueled by organic, plant-forward meals from our private chef. This is a retreat for women who want their wellness with a pulse: strong bodies, open hearts, real connection.

Where you’ll stay

Home base is a private house in Paia — Maui’s north shore surf town, walkable to the beach and to Paia Town’s cafes, galleries, and natural foods market. The house borders open cane fields, with a covered outdoor deck where we’ll gather for meals, morning practice, and evening circles. It’s unpretentious and lived-in, with the kind of spaciousness that lets a small group actually relax into each other’s company rather than bump elbows.

We’re keeping this retreat intimate — just 5 to 6 women — with a choice of room types to suit how you like to travel: a private king suite with its own bathroom, a private queen room, or a shared twin or bunk room if you’d rather split the cost and don’t mind company. However you land, everyone shares the same table, the same practice space, and the same days.

How the days unfold

We open on arrival day with a welcome drink, a gentle grounding practice, and a sunset circle where we set intentions for the week and get to know each other’s why. From there, each day has its own character: an ocean day built around your surf lesson and long stretches of beach time; a volcano day with an early departure toward Haleakalā’s crater terrain, followed by a ceremonial dinner around the theme of release and transformation; a jungle day that opens with sunrise meditation near the rainforest along the Road to Hana, followed by a sisterhood workshop and golden-hour yoga looking out over the cane fields. We close with a slow final practice, an integration circle, and tools to carry the week’s work home with you.

Food is not an afterthought here — our private chef prepares organic, plant-forward meals daily, timed around the day’s activities so you’re fueled for the hike and nourished after the surf.

Who this is for

This retreat is for women craving movement over stillness, connection over performance, and a week that asks something real of them. You don’t need surf experience or hiking fitness — the pace is built to meet a range of bodies — but you should be up for a retreat with a pulse rather than a purely restful one. No performance. No perfection. Just sisterhood, salt water, and the kind of stillness that only comes after you’ve moved through something.

How to get here

Fly into Kahului Airport (OGG) on Maui. Paia is about a 15-minute drive from the airport. Airport transfer details will be shared upon booking.
